Rockhampton Agricultural Show will be hosting it’s 152nd year in 2025.  The Rockhampton Show is a much loved favourite on the Event Calendar for the Rockhampton Region, attracting over 32,000 attendees in 2024!  Don’t miss out on your opportunity to be involved as a vendor at the 2025 Rockhampton Agricultural Show.

We are looking for a variety of Food, Market and Showbag vendors to take up residence across two fun filled event days.

Thursday 12th June 2025 | 9:00am – 10:00pm

Friday 13th June 2025 | 9:00am – 8:30pm

Application Process

Applications will be assessed based on suitability to the event and the following event selection criteria:

  1. Preference will be given to applicants with product or experience that will complement and enhance the event
  2. Applicants that complement the theme and feel of the event
  3. Applicant site size and resource requirements are taken into consideration with the site capabilities and layout
  4. Applicants must meet all requirements, including convention theming and supply the relevant documentation outlined in the application checklist
  5. Applicants that can trade during event operating hours
  6. Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it: clean and devoid of waste

Organisers will review applications at the end of each month and advise applicants if they have been successful in securing a site. Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details around the event.
