Retail, Food and Showbag Vendor Opportunities Open
Rockhampton Agricultural Show will be hosting its 152nd year in 2025 and we expect bigger crowds than ever. In 2024, the Show attracted over 32,000 attendees.
The Show attracts a diverse demographic of people of all ages, stages and interests, providing you, as the vendor, with a captive and captivating public who have the time and inclination to wander through the retail precincts of the Showgrounds with family and friends.
In 2025, the Show will be held on Thursday 12th June (9am - 10pm) & Friday 13th June 2025 (9am - 8pm) *times subject to change.

We are seeking a variety of food, market, and showbag vendors to create a vibrant atmosphere over two fun-filled days. Expressions of interest are NOW OPEN.

Site Fees
We offer a variety of site opportunities throughout the Show precinct. Outdoor vendors can be selected for sites at the Cremorne, near the administration office, or on Fairground C (right next to the Showbags and the entrance to the rides).
The Walter Pierce Pavilion is conveniently located as the first pavilion on the left for guests entering through Gate 1, a great option if you are looking for an indoor site.
Showbag vendor’s sites are situated on Fairground C, just behind the Walter Pierce Pavilion and close to the rides.

TRADE SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications will be assessed based on suitability to the event and the following event selection criteria:

Preference will be given to applicants with products or experiences that will complement and enhance the event

Applicants that complement the theme and feel of the event

Applicant site size and resource requirements are taken into consideration with the site capabilities and layout

Applicants must meet all requirements, including event theming, and supply the relevant documentation outlined in the application checklist

Applicants that can trade during event operating hours

Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it: clean and devoid of waste.
Organisers will review applications at the end of each month and advise applicants if they have been successful in securing a site. Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details closer to the event.
