Opening Times

Find out the opening times of the Admin Office pre-event and the Showgrounds during the Rockhampton Agricultural Show.

Free on-street parking is available within walking distance of the Rockhampton Showgrounds. Rockhampton State High School offers paid parking via Graeme Acton Way, providing easy access and supporting a great cause.

Food & Drinks at the Show

No one goes hungry at the Rocky Show! Every year, our food and drink vendors are open to serve the public with delicious cool drinks, shakes and slushies, freshly-brewed coffees and teas and icy soft drinks. There are also licenced bar areas where there is comfortable seating and shade.

Accommodation

Rockhampton offers a selection of boutique and contemporary hotels, luxury rooms, budget style and self-contained apartments, caravan and camping parks catering to a variety of needs and budgets, with many located on the southern side of the Fitzroy River, enjoying panoramic river, hinterland and city views whilst being a stone's throw away from award-winning restaurants, and major events.
